Top 5 Tips for Applying for An India Visa for Non UK Passport Holders
Obtaining an India visa from the Indian Embassy in London if you are a non UK passport holder can be a confusing process, therefore we have summarised what to do to obtain an India visa for Non UK passport holders:
1. Ensure the correct proof of residence for the India Visa Application
Always ensure that you have the correct proof of residence. The best types of proof of residence in the UK are generally bank statements and utility bills such as gas bills, electricity bills and water bills. Also proof of residence for the India visa can be a former payslip as well, but please ensure that it is official with your national insurance number on it.
2. Ensure the India visa application proof of residence is between 1 and 1.5 years old

Hi, I am not sure if this has come to the right place but i will ask anyway……. My girlfriend and I plan to visit India sometime in January staying for approx 2 months. My question is I am English and therefore hold a UK passport, my girlfriend is German so would you know the best place to get visas from and how much I should be paying?
Tourist visas are all we need, any help would be greatly appreciated.
