The China visa application process can be a stressful process if applicants are not familiar with the requirements and key areas, and if these are not approached correctly, then the process can prove to become problematic. At rapid visas, we have a vast abundance of dealing with China visa applications, be it a tourist visa application or business visa application; and our strong relationship with the China visa application centre in London allows us to rapidly obtain a China visa in the most professional and timely manner. This was proven during the Olympic games in which we dealt with a large frequency of applications.

We welcome all China visa applications from UK passport holders along with foreign passport holders also residing in the UK. In order for applicants to use our services to obtain their China visa, we have set a process in place which is simple and allows applicants to methodically and easily complete the necessaries.

We ask all applicants to ensure that they have the correct requirements for the China visa application; these will include one passport size photo, your passport, proof of resident documents for non UK residents and the completed forms. For China business visa applications, a government authorisation will be required from the inviting company in China. They will be able to obtain this from their local provincial office.

Once the requirements have been obtained, then the two correct forms must be obtained. These include the China visa centre application form which can be found both on our tourist and business visa page.  This can be either completed either by hand, or electronically using the PDF form. The second form that will be required is the rapid visa order form which allows applicants to enter their preferred return address, the type of visa required, the speed of service required, and method of payment they choose to pay with. The same form can be used whether the China visa type is a tourist or business visa.

Once the respective forms and requirements have been met, then you are requested to send us the documents either by royal mail special delivery or by courier to our offices. Once they have reached us, and we have thoroughly checked through all the documents, we will then submit them immediately to the China visa processing centre. Once we have obtained your Chinese visa, we will then aim to return the passport with visa to you as soon as possible.
