    A letter from your company addressed to the embassy stating the purpose of the trip, the duration of the trip and a declaration that the company will take cover the finances of your journey. The letter must state the duration of visa required, e.g. 6months

  •  

    A letter of invitation from the Ghanaian company (copy acceptable) giving the name of the applicant and nature of journey. Letter must be on company letter headed paper and be signed by a senior colleague.

  •   6 Months/1 year

  • Once you have completed the online application form (stage 2), at the end, you will be requested to book an appointment – could you please select a date and time which accommodates for it to reach us (if there is no immediately available appointment, we can often arrange an earlier submission). Please select "Pay at the counter" when requested the payment method.

  •    Prices shown are subject to VAT @ 20%. VAT is not applicable on Embassy Fees.
