Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
Passport must have at least 2 blank pages
1 x Application Form
1 x Passport Sized Photograph
As per the dates on the application form
Non UK Passport Holders:
For non British passport holders, proof of UK residence for at
least 3 months is required. Please enclose a utility bill, council
tax slip or bank statement that is older than 3 months along with
all other information.

Additional Requirements Business Visas:
UK Company Business Support Letter Business Voucher

Visa Application Process:

Stage 1:

Stage 2:

Click on the “Tourist Visa” link on the opening page in the blue side panel
Under the “tourist visa” heading, click on “Visa Application Form”
Select your requirements using the 3 drop down options
Click on the “Click here to complete the online application form” link
Enter your details electronically onto the form
NB: For the box “Inviting Organization” please put: Universal Tour
For the box “Name and reference number of the tourist group (if any)” please put 0168 –
(only enter these details if using the services of Rapid Visas)
Once this form has been completed online and printed, please send this and all other
requirements to us as per the address details in Stage 3

Complete both forms along with the requirements as above and send to:
