Non UK Passport Holders:
For non British passport holders, proof of UK residence for at
least 3 months is required. Please enclose a utility bill, council
tax slip or bank statement that is older than 3 months along with
all other information.

Stage 1:

Download & Complete Rapid Visa Order Form

Stage 2:

Click to complete Russia Visa Application Form from the Russian Embassy Site

Click on the "Tourist Visa" link on the opening page in the blue side panel
Under the "tourist visa" heading, click on "Visa Application Form"
Select your requirements using the 3 drop down options
Click on the "Click here to complete the online application form" link
Enter your details electronically onto the form
NB: For the box "Inviting Organization" please put: Universal Tour
For the box "Name and reference number of the tourist group (if any)" please put 0168 -
(only enter these details if using the services of Rapid Visas)
Once this form has been completed online and printed, please send this and all other
requirements to us as per the address details in Stage 3

Complete both forms along with the requirements as above and send to:

Friends/relatives in Russia should have to obtain an authority letter and send this to the applicant.
In order for applicants to obtain their Russia visas properly, applicants must ensure that they complete their forms correctly using our instructions which can be seen from our stage 2. This will take you directly to the VFS website where applicants can enter their details, and obtain a web reference number. Once this information has been completed for the Russia visa, then applicants will need to send this information to us along with their passport, 1 passport size photograph. Applicants will require a tourist voucher also, however as a part of our Russia visa services, we will issue one of these, and this is included in our pricing structure. If you are able to, then you can also obtain your own tourist voucher, and we can give a saving of £15 on your application.
If applicants are applying for a business visa for Russia, then they will need to also obtain a government invitation. If the company that you are visiting does not facilitate these, then we at rapid visas can obtain one of these documents for you.
Note that your main Russia tourist visa will give you access to most parts of Russia, however entry into parts of Siberia and also parts of the south which border the Caucasus area are restricted, and special entry is required to enter these areas.
