  • A letter from your company addressed to the embassy stating the purpose of the trip, the duration of the trip and a declaration that the company will take cover the finances of your journey.

    A letter of invitation issued by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce. The inviting company are required to fax a company direct to the Saudi embassy and we will also require a copy of the letter.
