India Visa
  • Our India and China Visa application agents will only take up your request if you meet all the necessary requirements. No official or affiliate is allowed to overlook the application terms and conditions in favour of a particular applicant unless if otherwise advised by a senior officer. All agents and India visa and Visa for China issuance staff should ensure that applicants comply with all enactments.
  • The enactments guard the extend of all other services related to either the Indian visa application. The same applies for the China application. Form filling, attaching documents and manner of application must conform to all terms set out herein. There should be no exceptions unless a top authority written note is presented to the acting staff.
  • India Visa agents and China visa consultants will make an earnest attempt to process all applicants’ travel their Indian visas and Chinese visas, passports and any other documents as per customer’s request. The agents are not responsible for any delays caused by the relevant authorities, whether the Indian visa office or Indian Commissions in different countries. The agent is not eligible to answer claims that were caused by the applicants themselves including:
    • Incomplete information in application.
    • Inaccurate details in the application process.
    • Lack of enough testimonials to be approved for India visa or China visa issuance. It is clear that the relevant visa authorities may fail to issue visas and/or passports due to inaccuracy or what may be referred to as 'unfulfilled terms'. India Visa agents and China agents discourage their clients from travel bookings and upfront payments for travel tickets to avoid losses in case of visa delay. If the client prefers to proceed with bookings, the travel agent is not eligible for any inconveniences coming forth.
  • The India and China visa agent gathers all received documentations cautiously with a compact implicit of their contents as provided by clients and forwards them to respective consulates, commissions or immigration offices at all times. The agency is therefore not answerable for any irresponsible storages or mishandling of the clients’ request forms and testimonies intended for visa or passport approval.
  • The agency concerts its efforts towards superb service delivery and client satisfaction. They provide clients with a list of all necessary requirements and applicable directions. The client is therefore responsible for all submissions. Applicants should ensure that their India visas, their China visas and passport certificates are valid up to the length of visit to the foreign country. If a client is applying for a visa to India or visa for China through a foreign passport, he must meet the minimum 2-year period of stay in that state.
  • Should there be any omissions through loss, misplacement, destruction or other means, the agency is only entitled to the basic renewal costs if the fault is attributed to them. Faults, damages and loss by consulates and other issuance offices will rest on them as well.
  • The agency applies its own consultancy fees not inclusive or in any relation with the India visa, or China visa charges. The client must take into account all other charges applicable to your India visa and China visa applications, not in regard to the agency fees. The mandate to increase or decrease agency charges lies within the consultancy firm itself; they have a right to do so without prior notice.
  • It is possible that India visa applications charges can vary within short periods; for instance you may apply for a visa today only to find that the fees has changed after a few days, weeks or so. The agency firm stands to notify clients of such changes as soon as they are aware of them. The same ruling applies for China visa applications.
  • For all deliveries, the agency uses special and fast courier services that deliver same day to clients’ provided mailing addresses. All courier service charges are billed to client’s account. The agency firm is therefore not responsible for any losses through 2nd or 3rd party addresses given by the client. India visa and Chinese visa applications will be sent to this address.
  • Payments are to be made in full including the consultation fee, consular India visa fee, the China visa centre fee and any other genuine charges that apply. Exceptional cases may only refer to a written consent agreed upon between the two parties.
  • The visa to India and China visa agent is dedicated towards perfect delivery and thus the client must pay through them all necessary charges as authorized by the relevant commissions and state offices.
  • The India visa agency must hold clients' information with a high level of confidentiality as required by the Data Protection Act in the Indian constitution. The law requires that the agency firm offers compensations against any information protection breach or loss. The firm’s staff can access all client details as they peruse through to ascertain whether all necessary details are provided. The same rule applies for China visa applications.
  • The Indian visa agents and China visa service have a right to retain all applicants’ personal documents until when final payments are made in full.
  • The agency firm may at any given time reject consultation requests from a client without giving any reasons for such discretions. All the above terms are in accord with the constitutional requirements and aspects of the laws of India. Express your grievances or suggestions and we’ll take them.
