This is the quickest and simplest way of obtaining your visa into Vietnam. Once you have gone through the application below, you will a visa on arrival approval letter by email which is issued by the Vietnamese Immgration office in Hanoi. The letter will allow to fly into Vietnams 1 of 3 airports which include:

1. Ho Chin Min City
2. Hanoi
3. Danang

Upon arrival into one of these airports, the "Visa on Arrival" desk at the airport will stamp your entry visa into your passport allowing you to pass through immigration and enter the country.

You are required to submit your visa application and payment by following the stages 1 - 4 below. Once we have obtain your information visa these stage, we immediately commence with the immigration application. Depending on the service you select on stage 3 and 4, we will email (or fax if requested) you the arrival letter within 24 hours or 2 working days.
Upon arrival into one of the 3 Vietnamese airports, the Immigration officers will verify your visa on arrival letter via there system and grant you your entry visa.
To complete the visa On arrival process, you are requested to have the following pieces of information on arrival:

• 2 photos which are 2inches by x 2inches, or 4cm x 6cm.
• The relevant amounts in USD as indicated in the visa fee section for the government stamping fee. Unfortunately credit cards are not accepted for this process.
• A print out of your visa on arrival letter.

The Visa on arrival is only applicable for visitors entering into theHo Chi Min City, Hanoi or Danang. The visa on arrival is not application for those wishing to enter Vietnam by land or cruise. You will need to contact the embassy to obtain your visa in advance. Please note that we can also assist with obtaining you a Vietnamese visa in this way. Please contact us for more information.

Please note the "Embassy Fees" which is effectively the stamping fee s are paid on arrival into the airport you fly into.

You can put the arrival date that you believe will be the earliest date you plan to arrive. The Visa on arrivals can be post dated, therefore you can apply well in advance and put your anticipated arrival date. You can enter any time after your arrival date as per your via on arrival, however are required to leave before the expiry date on your visa on arrival.

Unfortunately due to the respective Immigration offices operating days, visas cannot be issued on weekends and Vietnamese public holidays.
